Management & Ownership

Pro-Axpert Construction is led by its founder and sole owner, Mr. Matimbi Lutendo Daniel, who serves as the company’s Director. He oversees all strategic and operational responsibilities, including Human Resources and project management. As the company grows, we aim to onboard additional shareholders and expand our leadership team to support sustained growth and operational excellence.

Pro-Axpert integrates its daily operations with a strong Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our designated Quality Control Manager ensures all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations through consistent testing, inspection, and quality audits.
